This form of yoga is empathetic, graceful and fairly playful. It aims to be intuitive and responding to the students physical and mental needs in the moment and it is a practice that brings you back to yourself, to land in relaxation, trust and contentment with whatever your life brings.
Sama Yoga is taught by Annevi Sjöberg who has practiced yoga since 2001 and completed her Sama Yoga teacher training in 2014 (www.samayoga.info). The class can be customized according to your wishes and can be taught both inside at Fridhem (www.frid.nu) or out in the beauty of nature.
